Former Bolton Wanderers goalkeeper Remi Matthews this morning trained with Ipswich Town as the Blues returned to training at Playford Road reports the EADT
The 26-Year-old Goalkeeper came through the youth system at Carrow road before leaving to join Bolton on a free transfer
Matthews, who lives locally, left Bolton at the end of his contract following a turbulent last year with Bolton which saw the Trotters start the League 1 season on minus 12 points.
However, Matthews was a stand out performer for the troubled side.
Has Holy got competition? or is the free agent simply training with Town to stay fit? Time will tell however Town are said to be in the market for a goalkeeper.
