Town again being linked with Clarke -Harris

Reports around this broke earlier in the summer but Town are again being linked with Bristol Rovers frontman Jonson Clarke-Harris.

The 25-year-old striker, scored 16 goals last season for Rovers and it is believed Rovers would be looking for a substantial fee of around 700k. Something which may deter Town from making a move for the striker.

Manager Paul Lambert is said to be keen on adding a fourth senior striker to his squad to compete with Norwood, Jackson and the fully fit Freddie Sears.

Where this would leave the two Bens, Folami and Morris one does have to wonder.

Last season the striker was in impressive form, scoring every 160 minutes he played this season.

That compares well to Town marksman Kayden Jackson who netted a goal every 229 minutes.
